Experience Level: Intermediate, must be familiar with sock knitting or knitting magic loop on circular needles.
If you are inspired by the variety of patterns and beautiful colours in colourwork knitting but don’t know where to start, or if you have tried before and not been happy with the results, this is the perfect workshop for you.
In this class our experienced tutor will walk you through knitting a pair of colourwork socks using the Magic Loop technique. With The Monogram Sock pattern you can create socks using your initials, an acronym or even spell out words. The opportunities are endless and the world of colourwork knitting awaits!

Materials required:
Main colour: 1-2 balls Isager Sock Yarn 50g (depending on size you require between 118 - 219 meters)
Contrast Colour 1 (Cuffs, heels, and toes): 1 ball Isager Sock Yarn 50g (between 44 - 69 meters required)
Contrast Colour 2 (Letters): 1 ball Isager Sock Yarn 50g (between 36 - 73 meters required)
1x 2.25mm 80cm circular needles
1x 2.75mm 80cm circular needles

Parking:
Weekday daytime classes - please park on Devon Street as there is no parking within the complex during the week.
Night and weekend classes - you are welcome to drive down and park in the complex.
Payment
100% deposit is payable on registration. Your place in the classes will not be confirmed until full payment is made.
Cancellation policy
Full refund of payment or eligibility to move your class to a different date will only be allowed if your spot can be filled on the original booking date. Failure to attend the class without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund or to have your spot moved to a different date. Please be considerate. Should we not reach the minimum numbers required to run the class we will either cancel or postpone the class to another date. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to unusual and unforeseen circumstances. We will try to avoid this wherever possible however sometimes this cannot be avoided. In this situation we will of course offer a full refund. We are sorry but we cannot be financially responsible for extreme weather conditions or any other situations that are out of our control.
