Experience Level: Beginner

A warm welcome to the world of knitting! This one-on-one learn to knit session is designed for those totally new to knitting who would like to pick up the needles and give it a go. A complete beginner's insight in how to cast on, knit, purl and cast off taught by an award winning, experienced tutor.

Just leave a brief note while booking a session to let us know what your preferred date/s and time/s would be so we can organise your session with our tutor. We will then be in touch to confirm with you.

Maximum class number: This booking is for one person.

Group bookings of up to 4 also available on request - please contact us to arrange. Please note group sessions will be 2 hours.

Materials required:

1 x 50 gram ball double knit (8ply)

1 x pair 4mm knitting needles

Materials needed for this session are available from our Bianca Lorenne Store, 311 Devon Street East, New Plymouth at a 10% discount after booking.

Class Location: Bianca Lorenne Studio – 9/477A Devon Street East, New Plymouth.

Parking: 

Weekday daytime classes - please park on Devon Street as there is no parking within the complex during the week.

Night and weekend classes - you are welcome to drive down and park in the complex.

Payment

100% deposit is payable on registration. Your session will not be confirmed until full payment is made.

Cancellation policy

Full refund of payment or eligibility to move your session to a different date will only be allowed with 72 hours’ notice. Failure to attend your session without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund or to have your session moved to a different date. For group bookings, if we cannot reach the minimum number of attendees (due to cancellation of any participants) we will either cancel or move the session to another date. Please be considerate. We reserve the right to cancel your session due to unusual and unforeseen circumstances. We will try to avoid this wherever possible however sometimes this cannot be avoided. In this situation we will of course offer a full refund. We are sorry but we cannot be financially responsible for extreme weather conditions or any other situations that are out of our control.
