Orders placed on this website will be processed in New Zealand Dollars. We accept payment by either Shopify payments or internet banking. All credit card transactions are processed by Shopify payments, our secure online provider.
We do not see or store any of your credit or debit card information.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as we are able to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. However, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
The prices listed on the website do not include duties or customs charges which may apply if you order is sent outside of New Zealand (country specific). Any additional charges applicable in the destination country will be charged to the recipient.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders are lovingly dispatched from our headquarters in New Plymouth, New Zealand. We pride ourselves on sending you only the best so each item is carefully opened and inspected to ensure it meets our high quality standards before departing on its journey into your home.
We will agree for the delivery of the products to the address given when you placed your order. We will make every effort to deliver products during the timescale set out in our website, unless we notify you of any exceptional delay (which means we are not able to dispatch your order within 14 days). We cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes or shortages.
If you would like your products to be delivered to your place of work, your delivery address must include the name of the company and the contact telephone number.
Please note that Bianca Lorenne products are dispatched from New Zealand and should they be required to be returned, your goods will need to be sent back to Bianca Lorenne in New Zealand. Please refer to our returns policy section.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and contact details. A current contact number, as well as any additional information e.g. ideal delivery times or safe leaving locations should be provided in order to avoid multiple delivery attempts. Multiple delivery attempts or parcel re-direction will incur an additional fee which will be billed to you the customer.
DELIVERY WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
Standard delivery costs for all orders is $10.00. Delivery charges for bulky items may incur extra charges. The description of the item will advise if extra delivery costs will apply. We will contact you prior to dispatch to advise of these costs.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. Estimated delivery time is 1 – 3 working days from dispatch. Deliveries for areas outside of major cities may take longer. Bianca Lorenne accept no liability for the timing of delivery, loss or damage to your parcel whilst in the hands of the courier. Goods are insured up to the value of $2000. If an item is out of stock then we will contact you to see what you wish to do.
We send all our packages through Aramex. You will receive an email with a tracking number confirming the dispatch of your order. You can track the progress of your order by following the tracking link in your email or by visiting www.aramex.co.nz. All deliveries will require a signature on arrival. If there is no one there to accept the parcel when it is being delivered, a card will be left on your premises. You will need to contact the courier to arrange a redelivery. Bulky items may be sent through a specialised freight company of which we will advise at the time of dispatch.
DELIVERY INTERNATIONALLY
For deliveries outside of New Zealand please contact us for freight costs and delivery time frames. Unfortunately we do not send our products to the United Kingdom.
We send all our packages through New Zealand Post by Economy Courier. You will receive an email with a tracking number confirming the dispatch of your order. You can track the progress of your order by following the tracking link in your email or by visiting www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking. All deliveries will require a signature on arrival. If there is no one there to accept the parcel when it is being delivered, a card will be left on your premises. You will need to contact the courier to arrange a redelivery.
